What Does the following X-ray Indicate? 

Hello. I just had my xray result and it says that, suspicious densities are noted in both apices. The rest of the lungs are clear. Heart is not enlarged. Aorta is not remarkable. Trachea, hemidiaphragms and costophrenic sulci are distinct. The included osseous structure are not remarkable. IMPRESSION: suspicious densities, both apices. Suggest apicolordotic view. By all means what? Is it serious or no need to worry about? Thank you.

Hi & Welcome.
Apicolordotic view is advised to have a better look over the upper lobes of lungs.

This view will show any lung changes in the upper lobes of lungs. It is recommended when there is doubt in chest x ray PA view regarding any suspicious densities in the upper lobes of the lungs.

Your report suggests suspicious lesions in right apical region. It may be due to active infection like tuberculosis or pneumonia or mass.

You may need further tests to confirm tuberculosis like routine haemogram, Mantoux test, AND sputum for AFB. PCR can be done if needed which will confirm tuberculosis infection.
